Building One (on the left) is an intimate, fresh and sun drenched master bedroom with a king-size bed, walk in closet, and a master bath with a marble shower and vanity countertop. It has heat, air conditioning and a 46″ flat screen TV with Xfinity cable.
A short walk to Building Two, the main hub of the property designed like a camp..
The second building with high ceilings and huge sliding glass doors is an open concept layout. This open space takes full advantage of the warm summer sunlight and opens to views of a wildflower meadow. It enjoys a well-appointed kitchen, living room, dining area for six, with an extra long sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a half bath.
Outside a stainless steel staircase, which stands in elegant contrast to the natural cedar shake siding links the second floor rooftop deck to the intdoor living area. The rooftop deck provides a remarkable vantage point from which to view the Vineyard Sound and the Elizabeth Islands. With a comfortable couch, lounge chairs, and a dining table that seats six you will spend much of your time in this lovely space. Perfect for bird watching, reading, relaxing, entertaining and cocktails during the most amazing sunsets.
The backside of Building Two and Building Three, the guesthouse is on the left.
The third building, the guest house, has two guest rooms – a twin bedroom with two extra-long twin beds, a king bedroom with a large smart flatscreen TV, a shared full bath, heat and air conditioning. A beautiful outdoor shower is also attached to this building.
